Renewed Vitality of Dallas is now offering aesthetic services to include wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers! With our range of services, we can help you achieve a rejuvenated and more youthful appearance so you can look and feel younger! Treatments are performed in our office by board-certified Nurse Practitioner Amanda Hoelscher. Our services only take about 15 minutes to administer, but the results can be enjoyed for 3-4 months!
Wrinkle Relaxers
As we age, repetitive movements and facial expressioins can cause wrinkles and fine lines in various areas of the face. Wrinkle relaxers such as Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® are ideal for patients who want to ease or erase age lines.
Our relaxers are designed specifically for frown lines including vertical lines between the eyebrows, those across the forehead, and crow’s feet around the corners of the eyes. These types of treatment, also called neuromodulators, can also help with wrinkles around the mouth and chin areas, or to shape and lift brows.
At Renewed Vitality, we use the top three products on the market – Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®. Differences between these are slight and choice of products used will depend on your skin type and any unique reactions to these formulas. While Botox® was the first product on the market, Dysport® and Xeomin® have followed with less hype, but similar results. Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments that work in the underlying skin layers to restore support that has been lost as a result of collagen depletion. The filler fills in the gaps in the skin’s structure to smooth away wrinkles and restore lost volume to create a more youthful appearance.

About Amanda Hoelscher
Amanda Hoelscher is our board-certified Nurse Practitioner at Renewed Vitality who is the driving force behind our aesthetic services. We are not a spa that does facials, nails, or massage therapy. Instead we are a medical clinic, which is an entirely different experience in terms of precision and skill, not to mention comfort. We also specialize in hormone and thyroid replacement therapy, disease prevention and overall health and wellness.
Amanda is a primary care nurse practitioner at our clinic and part of her passion is helping patients to feel and look great! A she states, “I want people to look and feel beautiful, because when you feel good about yourself, it can have a big impact on your life!”
